Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates may vary based on the shipping method and destination

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within
2-4 hours.

Damages:
- Dutch Touch Growers is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a 
claim. 

Internaitonal Shipping:
- We currently only ship in the Contiguous United States. If you are located outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for more information.

Delays:
- Dutch Touch Growers is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Changes to Shipping Policy:
- We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

Shipping Policy

Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date after a thorough review.
- We do not accept exchange requests.

Items Eligible for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and within the same container it arrived in.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our support service team at noelle@dutchtouchgrowers.com within the specified return period.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return,
the reason for the return, and at least 2 photos.
- Additional photos and information may be requested.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
