SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are shipped every Monday - Thursday to ensure the plants arrive to you within 3-6 days. Depending on when ab order is placed, it typically is sent out the following business shipping day. All orders are shipped through USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping.
We use Printful for all non-plant products. This includes t-shirts, mugs, masks, bags, etc..
Printful is a POD (print on demand) company that creates our products once purchased. Shipping times will vary depending on Printful. We will do our best to keep you updates with shipping times once available.
Once an order is placed, each customer is provided with a tracking number.
After an order is packaged and delivered to USPS, we are no longer responsible for tracking or delivery.
If there is a problem with your order that is related to shipping, you must contact USPS for further assistance.
Due to DTG not having control over how the package arrives and shipping time, we are not able to look into any information regarding a package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers have 7 days after receiving their order to contact us for a return or refund.
Due to each situation being unique, there is no guarantee that you will receive a refund or replacement. All refund/replacement situations must provide photo evidence of the problem. All order returns will not have prepaid shipping.
We thoroughly investigate the problem and situation to offer the best resolution for our customers.
*If you live in an area that is 32 degrees F or colder, you will need to purchase a heat pack. If a heat pack is not purchased, we will not refund or replace any plants with cold damage.
