The Process

We grow all of our plants in the many stages they come in! From starting with cuttings and finishing with a healthy 4" plant, its quite the process. Although we grow our plants in multiple sizes, 4" is the most popular. Below, we broke down every step for you to experience with us!

Growth Stages

Cuttings

Cuttings are taken off of mature plants. Once removed, the cuttings then get transferred to our 98ct plug trays, where they will begin to root.

Plugs

After our cuttings are rooted, we give them a few months to establish their root system. This makes upsizing easier and more effective.

Upsizing

Now that the plugs have a heathy root system, we start upsizing. Succulents require a slow and gradual upsizing routine. Our rule of thumb, do not upsize succulents into a pot 3" larger than their previous pot.. The next size for our plugs is a 4" growers pot.

4" Plant

After about 2 weeks, you will see the succulents root system begin to grow. It typically takes about 4-6 months for a freshly planted succulent to become completely rooted in the 4" grow pot. Once completely rooted, we place them for sale.
